Meet the Gulf County Property Appraiser

Elected in 2012, Mitch is a lifelong resident of Gulf County. He is a 1984 graduate of Port St. Joe High School and a 1989 graduate of Florida A&M University, where he received his degree in Business Economics. He has held a Florida Real Estate License for nearly 25 years and has over 22 years of government experience with the Property Appraisers office, Land Acquisition Office, and then Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. He had nearly 10 years of working in the private sector, managing land assets for the largest landowner in Gulf County at the time. He is married to wife, Sabrina, and has four children: Austin & wife(Kierston), Andrew, Coy and Emma Grace, and one grandson (Beckham).
